Smelling Good, Living Better

Isn't being a girl great? Well, that is actually up for a huge debate. But we all know that being a female does have it's perks. We get to get our nails polished, our hair done, and get to wear the cutest stuff. Shoot, we can wear men's clothes and pull that off too!

But anyway, one of my most favorite things about being a woman is smelling like cupcakes and flowers. Smelling good is literally therapeutic. A woman's' getting ready to go out/nighttime routine is the best. The countless aromas are simply hypnotizing. I don't go out often, so getting ready for bed is always my favorite part of the day. I get to wind down and put on all my favorite smell goods, and I have plenty of options. Well I may have too many options, but then again... being a girl, you can never have "too many options".

Look at my current collection! I love each and every one of them. I love smelling like food or fruit. That's just my personal preference. I am the definition of the phrase, "Issa snack!" My collection includes body butters

from The Body Shop and body lotions and creams from Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret.

Oh wait, I cannot forget my perfumes! That collection is definitely on a smaller scale. I only have four. Still searching for one to add. It's a bit more difficult to find perfumes I like. I have to wear them for a while and smell it throughout the day. Scents tend to change after contact with the skin. I absolutely refuse to purchase something that's not going to last or starts to smell foul after an hour of wear. I had that issue when I was going to buy Jimmy Choo Illicit.

Listing by order of purchase: Chance Chanel (Eau Tendre), Thierry Mugler Angel (Eau de Parfum), Prada Candy (Eau de Parfum), and Marc Jacobs Honey (Eau de Parfum)
